Our Haven Foundation had its open house at the new Economic Development Office on November 17. People were able to meet with members from the Our Haven Foundation and learn more about the committees as well as become sponsors in the organization.
Schuylkill Haven‘s new Economic Development Coordinator, Carl Berger, was there as well. In addition, a slide show was shown throughout the evening to detail some of what Our Haven Foundation‘s goals for the community were.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the Open House possible and thank you to everyone who came to show your support!

Would you like to see an area dog park as a place we can let our pups off the leash in a safe environment to run, play with other pups and to get the exercise and socialization that they need? Then come to the Dog Park Committee meeting on December 13 at 5pm. A group of area residents are working on a plan to present to the borough council. The meeting will be held at the Community Building on Haven St, behind the Ambulance Building on Dock St. and is open to the public.
